How do you arrange the visit?

Message us on WhatsApp and include a couple of clear photos. A short video is useful if the fault only appears while the shower is running. We aim to reply within about 10 minutes, ask any follow-up questions and make an initial assessment before travelling.

We buy the materials we expect to need before setting off. You’ll have the price agreed in advance, and we’ll send an ETA update on the way. At the property, we inspect the shower, confirm the work and carry out the agreed repair. We bring our own tools in the white VW Transporter, including Worx drills and a Dexter wrench.

If we find that the original diagnosis doesn’t match what’s present, we’ll explain the difference before doing additional work. The repair needs to suit the shower and the fault, not a guess based on a picture. That’s why the final check happens at the property.
