You send a photo on WhatsApp. We tell you what it probably is, what it will cost, and whether it is worth repairing at all. Then we turn up with the parts already in the van, so most jobs are done in one visit rather than two.
We work in occupied homes, holiday rentals and villas along this coast, so we keep the mess to a minimum, protect what is around us, and leave the place as we found it.

How a job runs
The same three steps, every time
Whether it is a leaking tap in Calahonda or a water heater swap in Nueva Andalucía, the process does not change.
1. You send a photo
Message a photo or a short video on WhatsApp. Greg works out what he is likely dealing with from the images and replies, normally within about ten minutes, with an honest read on the fault and what it will cost to put right.
If it is not clear from the photo he will say so rather than guess, and ask for the one thing he needs to see.
2. He arrives prepared
The parts get picked up from the supplier on the way, so most jobs are finished in one visit rather than a diagnosis followed by a second appointment. You get an ETA on WhatsApp while he is travelling, including if he has stopped for a part.
Work is carried out in occupied homes, holiday rentals and villas all along this coast, so the mess is kept to a minimum and the place is left as it was found.
3. Explained, then warranted
When it is done, Greg walks you through what was actually wrong and what was replaced. If a repair was not worth doing he will have told you that before starting, not after.
